    We only use premium ingredients. We love to cook with the free-range chicken & eggs, grass-fed beef, Australian fish and locally sourced vegetables and herbs. We are the only South Australian meal delivery service who offers this. 

    We have fresh and frozen options. All our meal are ready to eat, so all you have to do is put them in the microwave and dinner is sorted in 3 minutes! Delicious 'ready to eat' meals are just a click away.
