We are an approved NDIS provider, making our wholesome, fresh and delicious meals even more accessible for all South Australians.

As a local meal delivery service, owned and operated in South Australia, we source our ingredients from local suppliers and use premium ingredients, including free-range chicken & eggs, grass-fed beef, Australian fish and the freshest locally sourced vegetables and herbs.
 
All our meals are ready-to-eat and individually packaged making portion control easy. We provide fresh and frozen options with an ability to cater for certain dietary requirements, from ‘dislikes’ e.g. fish, to Wet Meal requirements, for clients with swallowing issues. We do not offer texture modified meals.

Metro delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.
 
Regional deliveries are made on Thursdays. 

Home Care Package & NDIS Clients are required 
to pay for the ingredients component of our meals.
The balance (meal preparation, delivery & admin fee) is invoiced directly to the
 Home Care Package Coordinator / NDIS Plan Manager for the provider to pay.
