It's time to celebrate...
I hope you have had a lovely weekend!
As the school holidays draw to an end, I want to reflect on some pretty cool things that have happened over the last couple of weeks.
We hosted a lunch for 100 kids at KickStart For Kids Holiday School Care Program. If you're not familiar with KickStart For Kids, they are a not-for-profit organisation that helps disadvantaged school children in South Australia achieve positive educational outcomes and increase self-esteem through breakfast and lunch programs, mentoring programs and their Camp KickStart school holiday care program. We made our Mexican Beef Bowls and the kids loved them! We had a number of children interested in what we were cooking and we think next time it would be fun to do a cooking class with the kids. They can eat what they make! Fun! We were extremely grateful to be a part of the holiday program and thank the KickStart team for allowing us to take part.
We Are Two!
