With a career dedicated to improving access to high quality, evidence based nutrition, Nick leads with a passion for supporting people across all stages of life to achieve better health and wellbeing.
At 360ME Nutrition, Nick oversees a team of dietitians committed to bridging the gap between nutrition science and real-world meals. His leadership ensures that partnerships such as with The Family Cook deliver food that is both nutritionally robust and culturally meaningful.
Dr Pennie Taylor
Dr Pennie Taylor is a Dietitian and Director at 360ME Nutrition, where she leads the development of evidence based nutrition programs that support health, independence, and quality of life. With her experience in dietetics and clinical practice, Pennie is dedicated to ensuring that nutrition care is more than just food, that it ensures choice and dignity.
Her work at 360ME Nutrition focuses on bringing dietetic expertise into real world settings, from aged care and disability support to community food partnerships. By combining clinical insight with compassion, Pennie helps shape meals and programs that are not only nutritionally adequate but also comforting and culturally inclusive.
